Navarathri Celebrations in Viswamandiram, Guntur
Navarathri Celebrations were organized in a grand manner from October 5th - October 13th 2013 in Viswamandiram. Poojas were performed with devotion and feeling that the Divine Mother in any form is none other than Swamiji. Everyday devotees did recitation of Lalitha Sahsaranama, Lakshmi Astotharram, Vishnu sahasranamam chanting along with Guru Paada Pooja.
His Holiness Bhagwan Sri Sri Sri Viswayogi Viswamjee Maharaj conveyed His divine Blessings to all the members of Viswakutumbam in a telephonic message. Vijayadashami symbolises the victory of divine forces over the demonic forces. The main goal in celebrating Vijayadashami is to help people tread the path of love, kindness & compassion. The Divine Mother Adi Parashakti is the unification of the powers of will, knowledge and action. During Navarathri the Divine Mother in different forms has killed demons like Shumba, Nishumbha etc. That is why she is also worshipped as Mahisasura Mardhini.
Swamiji has wished that this Vijayadashami will bestow on all the people the victory of love and peace, and added that his Divine Blessings are with each and every member of Viswakutumbam for success in their endeavors. |
